Angela is responsible for transactions analysis—applying optimization modeling in support of TIR’s land acquisition and disposition efforts.  In this capacity, she also manages the firm’s timber inventory process.

Angela joined TIR in 2018 with more than 20 years of experience in virtually every function of the forest management process, from forestry information systems, forest planning and budgeting to forest investment analysis and timber marketing.  During her career, she also has held staff management roles and has had responsibility for contracts management, customer relations, timber marketing and sustainability.  Angela has worked across the U.S. Southeast and Mid-Atlantic in Georgia, Alabama and Maryland.  Prior to assuming her current position with TIR, she was a planning forester with Weyerhaeuser and both a regional silviculturist and senior resource forester/lead forester with Plum Creek.  Earlier in her career, she was a land manager and GIS forester with Vision Forestry and worked in various forestry roles with Natural Resource Solutions, Molpus Timberlands and St. Laurent Forest Products (previously Chesapeake Forest Products).  Angela earned her BS in Forest Resources at Auburn University and she holds a certificate in GIS from the University of West Florida.
